This is a picture of a flower in Kay's garden.  Various kinds of graphics can be created using flowers or other pictures.
 (See note about left borders.)

 

Flowers are nice for women-oriented sites.
Kay's doctor said that he didn't read sites that were flowery.
Did the flowers burn his eyes?.?.?

 

A muted background could also be made like what you see inside this box instead of a border as you see on the left.
Another example of a muted floral background is here.
Any picture can be used in this fashion.
